Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a client-focused approach to provide vital support to our electrical teams and management. While previous experience in the Electrical Contracting industry is advantageous, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and be well-organized with a keen attention to detail.
As an Electrical Administrator, you will play a critical role in assisting our teams, maintaining social media presence, and ensuring the timely preparation and presentation of handover documentation and certification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Management, Supervisors, and operatives.
• Complete and issue electrical certification and related documents to clients promptly.
• Order and manage plant and materials from internal and external suppliers.
• Issue and maintain site documentation for contracts.
• Ensure office health and safety compliance and related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Starting Salary: £22,500.00 per year (Rates negotiable based on experience)
